Monday and Thursday leagues is a 3-person team using the team's best two net 9-hole scores. Tuesday and Wednesday will have a variety of formats, Best Ball, Scramble, Stableford, and Shamble to name a few. ● Best Ball: Best score among team on each hole is counted for team score. ● Scramble: All teammates play each shot from the same location depending on their chosen shot. ● Stableford: Points Per Hole System - Most cumulative points wins! ● Shamble: Scramble off the tee then play your own ball to the hole.

No! All skill levels are welcome regardless of whether or not you hold a handicap. We will use your Trackman Handicap if you have one, otherwise, you will establish one during week 1. If you are unable to attend, you will receive a 0 handicap.

To cancel a registration, kindly send an email to Leagues@GimmesPar.com. We request cancellations be made at least 7 days before the first night of league play.

● Leagues are open to men, women, or any person over the age of 21. ● Must have 3 players to compete.

Email Leagues@GimmesPar.com with your name, contact info, preferred day of the week, and your teammates, if any. Remember, free agents are welcome and we will help you complete a team.

All teams will pick a time slot on either Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday night before the season starts (i.e. Monday 5:30 pm). This will be your time slot for the full season. We will do our best to accommodate your first choice.

If you or your team will miss a league round – you have a couple options: ● You are welcome to bring a sub to fill in for any regular season round. ● If you bring a sub to fill in on any week, their score will be counted against their Trackman Handicap, if they already have one developed. If they do not already have a Trackman Handicap developed, they will play as a 0 handicap. ● Teams are able to reschedule one regular season league round at no extra charge. If you need to do this, make sure to reach out to your league coordinator with your preferred day/time as soon as possible. *If more than one round is rescheduled, the team will be charged 50% of the regular simulator rental fee.

Entry includes: ● 6 Weeks of guaranteed play plus a free handicap week before the season kicks off (7 weeks total) ● Changing Drink Specials each week ● Opportunity to win Closest-to-the-pin prizes every week ● Welcome drinks, mid-round contests, and prizes

● Teams will compete against other local teams. ● In each round, teams will play 9 holes on rotating courses. ● Players will putt with 12-foot Gimmes. ● Play runs for 7 weeks: 1st week is a free handicap night, 5 weeks of regular season, and 1 week of playoffs/championships.

● Each week on Friday evening, the course for the next week will be announced in a newsletter sent out to all players. ● This newsletter will also contain general information for the season, including CTP prizes and winners, drink specials, and much more!

● Each week teams will check in at the pro shop at their designated time and be directed to their simulator. ● A league coordinator will help teams set up Trackman week to week. ● Teams will not be given scorecards to fill out as all of the scores will be saved through Trackman. ● We encourage you to download the Trackman app so you can have quick access to stats.

Players will play from a tee box decided by Gimme’s Par and Grill for each course specifically, decided week to week. Males generally will play from a tee box that is the 2nd or 3rd longest tee box, depending on the course. Females generally will play from the most forward tee box on the course.

Gimme’s will keep track of your team’s scores via Trackman software.Depending on the format, it may be the best 2 out of 3 scores or, in a scramble/stableford/shamble format, your cumulative team score.

● All players are expected to use the simulator properly and adhere to the Gimme’s Par & Grill rules and regulations. ● Any attempts to manipulate the simulator as determined by Gimme’s Par & Grill in its sole discretion will be grounds for removal. ● Teeing up the ball is only permitted on the first shot of every hole. A one-stroke penalty will be assessed for any violations of this rule.

● Same format and course as the other leagues but there will be a separate women’s only gross leaderboard.
